Borrow the Bistro / Book the Vault Room
Our Café is now open for private booking most evenings! A great way to get the family, friends, or office together for some holiday fun or New Year kickoff!
$150 / hour to borrow the Café (without service), you can use the space!
$200/ hour with staff and minimum purchases outlined below!

You can also reserve the vault room for most times except brunch hours:
Sat and Sun 9:00 - 1:00.

The rate for the Vault is $10 / hour with a minimum of a beverage and food purchase for each member.
You can choose from partial service to full service from 5pm - 10pm, later hours are possible depending on the type of event.
No Service
$150 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
*Refundable Damage Deposit required.
Partial Service 6pm - 9pm
Espresso, coffee and teas at regular prices. Per order. Minimum $150
You bring in your own food and desserts. 2 Staff present.
20 - 40 ppl $400 Usage Fee + $150 minimum order.
41 - 60 ppl $750 Usage Fee + $150 minimum order.
Full Service 6pm - 10pm*
*Can be booked later if required, add $200 per hour
3 staff serving Espresso and catered foods from our menu. Additional menu items can be arranged in advance.
20 - 40 ppl $900 Minimum order plus 15% gratuity
41 - 60 ppl $1700 Minimum order plus 15% gratuity

for ordering foods platters. Alcohol orders, (standard wine and regional beers) are included in pricing index. We can also prepare high balls and other favourite drinks in advance.
We can arrange a DJ service or live music as well for an additional fee.
This includes access to all our café and bistro items. As well we can create some key menu items that can be served at your event at an agreed upon price per serving, plate or platter.
We will work with you to deliver a great event that your staff or people will rave about!
